It was a great weekend for metal, the Texas Independence Fest jammed Emo's with metal and a near capacity crowd, and I was proud to have been there with such great bands and good people. Behemoth, Goatwhore, 1349 and so many more destroyed it, and represented well. This week in metal, not a bad one, new Triptykon will melt your face and Emmure might make you lose some IQ points, and the new Crowbar song brutalizes your bones, this year is finally getting better!
