First tip: Rip off all your favorite bands! Much has been made about that statement in particular, but actually watch what he says in context, and it makes a lot more sense. You might not want to be seen 'ripping' people off, but emulating v. ripping off? Kinda the same thing? He pretty much gives the old fashioned work your ass off or die trying speech, but good to hear those words from one of the patriarchs of modern metal.
