It feels like the quiet before the storm, literally since there are storms hitting this weekend, but figuratively with SXSW on the horizon just a few weeks away. I will be compiling the metal artists for you and giving some decent previews of what to look out for during the conference this year as I always do. The Metal is a little lacking so far, but you never know what will happen, i mean Metallgaga just did the Grammys, so who knows!

This week we revisited a bunch of albums that had early singles like Power Trip, Within the Ruins, Suicide Silence, Mastodon and Dark Tranquility, but also scored new tunes from Junius, All That Remains, Havok, Pallbearer, Demon Hunter and Fit for an Autopsy, plus classics from Megadeth, Suicidal Tendencies, Testament, Amon Amarth, Deicide and Danzig.
