NO CONTROL Radio Report 2/18/19

We are quickly approaching SXSW month, but as I keep skimming the listings, it is still looking pretty slim for metal. Some locals in the officials, a couple unofficial showcases, but nothing on the level of a few years back. Talking to the labels, their bang for the buck is really minimized during a festival so many are routing around it. Strange, but we'll see a comeback, maybe. Thin margins, tour costs and promoting on four thousand different web destinations makes the decisions very important for the viability of any band, especially ones on a major label...we'll see how the next few go!
